4. General Use of the Website

4.1 Access Data

We collect information about you when you use this website. We automatically record information about your usage behavior and your interaction with us and collect data about your computer or mobile device. We collect, store, and use data about each access to our online service (so-called server log files). These include file name and URL, date and time of access, data volume transferred, success message (HTTP response code), browser type and version, operating system, referrer URL, IP address, and requesting provider.

We use log data for statistical evaluations for the purpose of operating, securing, and optimizing the website. These logs may also help us analyze traffic, troubleshoot errors, and improve services. IP addresses are stored for a limited period if required for security or billing. We may review log data if there is suspicion of illegal use. IP addresses are also stored in user accounts to log the last visit.

4.2 Contact Form and Email Contact

When you send us inquiries via the contact form, your data is stored for processing and follow-up. These will not be shared without your consent. Processing is based on your consent (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR). You can revoke consent at any time by sending an informal message via email.

4.3 Google Analytics

We use Google Analytics by Google Inc. ("Google"). This service uses "cookies" to analyze website usage. Information is generally transferred to a Google server in the USA. If IP anonymization is activated, your IP will be truncated within the EU/EEA. Google uses the data on our behalf to analyze website usage, compile reports, and provide other services. Google does not merge your IP with other data. You can prevent cookies via your browser settings or by installing the plugin: https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout?hl=de

4.4 Legal Basis and Retention Period

The legal basis is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR. Data is stored only as long as necessary to fulfill its purpose or to meet legal retention periods.

The legal basis for data processing according to the above sections is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f) GDPR. Our interests in data processing are in particular the operation and security of the website, the investigation of how the website is used by visitors, and the simplification of the use of the website.

Unless specifically stated, we store personal data only as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes pursued.

We only store all personal data you transmit to us as long as it is needed to fulfill the purposes for which it was transmitted or as long as it is required by law. Upon fulfillment of the purpose and/or expiry of the legal retention periods, the data will be deleted or blocked by us.

5. Your Rights as a Data Subject

6. Data Security

We make every effort to ensure the security of your data in accordance with applicable data protection laws and technical possibilities.

Your personal data is transmitted encrypted. This applies to both your orders and the customer login. We use the SSL (Secure Socket Layer) coding system, but note that data transmission over the Internet (e.g., communication by email) may have security vulnerabilities. Complete protection of data from third-party access is not possible.

We maintain technical and organizational security measures to protect your data, which we continuously adapt to the state of the art. We also cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability of our services; disruptions, interruptions, or failures cannot be ruled out. The servers we use are regularly and carefully secured.

To protect your data from unauthorized access as comprehensively as possible, we take technical and organizational measures. We use an encryption procedure on our website. Your data is transmitted between your computer and our server and vice versa via the Internet using TLS encryption. You can recognize this by the closed padlock symbol in your browser's status bar and the address line starting with https://.

7. Automated Decision-Making

No automated decision-making based on the personal data collected takes place.

8. Disclosure of Data to Third Parties, No Data Transfer to Non-EU Countries

As a rule, we use your personal data only within our company.

If and to the extent that we engage third parties in the fulfillment of contracts (such as logistics or financial service providers), they receive personal data only to the extent necessary for the corresponding service.

If certain parts of data processing are outsourced (“data processing on behalf”), we contractually oblige such processors to use personal data only in accordance with the requirements of data protection laws and to guarantee the protection of the rights of the data subject.

No transfer of data to entities or persons outside the EU, except as stated under section 2.3 of this declaration, takes place or is planned.

8. Disclosure of Data to Third Parties, No Data Transfer Outside the EU

In principle, we use your personal data only within our company.

If and to the extent that we involve third parties in the performance of contracts (e.g., logistics service providers or financial service providers), they receive personal data only to the extent that the transmission is necessary for the corresponding service.

In the event that we outsource certain parts of data processing (“data processing on behalf”), we contractually obligate such processors to use personal data only in accordance with the requirements of data protection laws and to ensure the protection of the rights of the data subject.

No transfer of data to entities or persons outside the EU, except for the cases mentioned in section 2.3 of this declaration, takes place or is planned.

10. Web Analytics with Google Analytics

This website uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google Inc. ("Google"). Google Analytics uses so-called "cookies", which are text files placed on your computer, to help analyze how users use the website. The information generated by the cookie about your use of this website is generally transmitted to and stored on a Google server in the USA. If IP anonymization is activated on this website, your IP address will, however, be shortened by Google within the member states of the European Union or in other states party to the Agreement on the European Economic Area. Only in exceptional cases is the full IP address transmitted to a Google server in the USA and shortened there. On behalf of the operator of this website, Google will use this information to evaluate your use of the website, compile reports on website activity, and provide other services related to website and internet usage. The IP address transmitted by your browser as part of Google Analytics will not be merged with other data from Google. You can prevent the storage of cookies by adjusting your browser software accordingly; however, please note that if you do this, you may not be able to use the full functionality of this website.

You can also prevent the collection of data generated by the cookie and related to your use of the website (including your IP address) by Google, as well as the processing of this data by Google, by downloading and installing the browser plugin available at the following link: https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout?hl=en

You can prevent the collection by Google Analytics by clicking on the following link. An opt-out cookie will be set that prevents the future collection of your data when visiting this website.

For more information on terms of use and data protection, please refer to the Google Analytics Terms of Service or the Google Analytics Overview. Please note that this website uses Google Analytics with the extension "gat._anonymizeIp();" to ensure an anonymized collection of IP addresses (so-called IP masking).

11. Use of Google Remarketing

This website uses the remarketing function of Google Inc. This function is intended to present interest-based advertisements to website visitors within the Google advertising network. A so-called cookie is stored in the browser of the website visitor, which makes it possible to recognize the visitor when they access websites that are part of the Google advertising network. On these pages, the visitor may be presented with advertisements related to content that the visitor previously viewed on websites that use Google’s remarketing function. According to Google, no personal data is collected during this process. If you still do not wish to use Google’s remarketing function, you can generally disable it by adjusting the appropriate settings at https://www.google.com/settings/ads. Alternatively, you can disable the use of cookies for interest-based advertising via the Network Advertising Initiative by following the instructions at https://www.networkadvertising.org/managing/opt_out.asp.

12. Google AdWords

Our website uses Google Conversion Tracking. If you reached our website via a Google ad, Google AdWords will place a cookie on your computer. The cookie for conversion tracking is set when a user clicks on a Google-served ad. These cookies expire after 30 days and are not used for personal identification. If the user visits certain pages on our website and the cookie has not yet expired, we and Google can recognize that the user clicked on the ad and was redirected to this page. Each Google AdWords customer receives a different cookie. Cookies cannot be tracked across the websites of AdWords customers. The information obtained using the conversion cookie is used to compile conversion statistics for AdWords customers who have opted in to conversion tracking. Customers are informed of the total number of users who clicked on their ad and were redirected to a page with a conversion tracking tag. However, they do not receive information that personally identifies users.

If you do not wish to participate in tracking, you can refuse the setting of a cookie required for this – for example, via a browser setting that generally disables the automatic setting of cookies, or by configuring your browser to block cookies from the domain googleleadservices.com.

Please note that you must not delete the opt-out cookies as long as you do not wish to have measurement data recorded. If you have deleted all cookies in your browser, you must set the respective opt-out cookie again.

13. Privacy Policy for the Use of YouTube

Our website uses plugins from the YouTube site operated by Google. The operator of the pages is YouTube LLC, 901 Cherry Ave., San Bruno, CA 94066, USA. When you visit one of our pages equipped with a YouTube plugin, a connection to the YouTube servers is established. The YouTube server is informed which of our pages you have visited. If you are logged into your YouTube account, you allow YouTube to directly associate your browsing behavior with your personal profile. You can prevent this by logging out of your YouTube account. For more information on how user data is handled, please refer to YouTube's privacy policy at www.google.de/intl/en/policies/privacy.

14. Use of Facebook Social Plugins

Our website uses so-called social plugins (“plugins”) of the social network Facebook. These services are provided by Facebook Inc. (“provider”). Facebook is operated by Facebook Inc., 1601 Willow Road, Menlo Park, CA 94025, USA (“Facebook”). An overview of the plugins and their appearance can be found here: https://developers.facebook.com/docs/plugins/?locale=en_US.

When you visit a page on our website that contains such a plugin, your browser establishes a direct connection to Facebook’s servers. The content of the plugin is transmitted by the respective provider directly to your browser and integrated into the page. Through this integration, the providers receive the information that your browser has accessed the corresponding page on our website, even if you do not have a profile on the relevant social network or are not currently logged in. This information (including your IP address) is transmitted by your browser directly to a server of the provider in the USA and stored there.

If you are logged into one of the social networks, the providers can directly assign the visit to our website to your profile on Facebook. If you interact with the plugins, for example by clicking the “Like” button, the corresponding information is also transmitted directly to a server of the providers and stored there. The information is also published on the social network and shown to your contacts there.

For information on the purpose and scope of data collection and further processing and use of data by the provider, as well as your rights and privacy protection options, please refer to the provider’s privacy policy.

Facebook privacy policy: https://www.facebook.com/policy.php

If you do not want Facebook to assign the data collected via our website directly to your profile on the relevant social network, you must log out of that network before visiting our website. You can also completely prevent the loading of the plugins with browser add-ons, such as the “Facebook Blocker.”

15. Use of Facebook Remarketing

This website uses the remarketing function “Custom Audiences” of Facebook Inc. (“Facebook”). This function is intended to present visitors to this website with interest-based advertisements (“Facebook Ads”) when visiting the social network Facebook. For this purpose, the Facebook remarketing tag has been implemented on this website. When you visit the website, a direct connection is established to the Facebook servers via this tag. It is transmitted to the Facebook server that you have visited this website, and Facebook assigns this information to your personal Facebook user account. For more information on the collection and use of data by Facebook, as well as your rights and privacy protection options in this regard, please refer to Facebook’s privacy policy at https://www.facebook.com/about/privacy.

16. Klarna Privacy Notice

If you choose Klarna's payment services (Klarna Invoice and Klarna Installment Purchase), you consent to the collection and transmission of personal data required for processing the invoice and for identity and credit checks. This includes your full name, address, date of birth, gender, email address, IP address, phone number, and order-related data such as item quantities, item numbers, invoice amount, and taxes. This data is transmitted so that Klarna can process your purchase and conduct an identity and credit check.

Klarna has a legitimate interest under the Federal Data Protection Act to receive the personal data of the buyer to obtain information from credit agencies for identity and credit checks. In Germany, these agencies may include:

| Schufa Holding AG, Kormoranweg 5, 65201 Wiesbaden

| CRIF Bürgel GmbH, Radlkoferstraße 2, 81373 Munich

| Creditreform Bremen Dahlke KG, Contrescarpe 17, 28203 Bremen

| infoscore Consumer Data GmbH, Carl-Bertelsmann-Straße 270, 33311 Gütersloh

In addition to address verification, Klarna may evaluate past payment behavior and probability values (scores) to assess creditworthiness. The scoring is based on a scientifically recognized statistical method and may include address data. If the check reveals insufficient creditworthiness, Klarna will inform you immediately.

Revocation of the use of personal data against Klarna:

1. You may revoke your consent at any time by contacting Klarna. However, Klarna may continue processing your data if it is necessary for contractual payment processing, required by law, or requested by a court or authority.

2. You may also request information about the personal data stored by Klarna. To do so, contact datenschutz@klarna.de.

17. Use of Google Maps

Our website uses the Google Maps map service from Google LLC, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA ("Google"). To display the map, your browser must connect to a Google server, which may be located in the USA. Google is certified under the EU-US Privacy Shield. By accessing the contact page, Google is informed that your device’s IP address accessed our site. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR based on our legitimate interest in offering a map service for contact purposes.

If you're logged into your Google profile when using Google Maps, Google may associate this usage with your profile. To avoid this, log out of your Google profile before accessing the contact page. Google stores your data for advertising, market research, and personalized display of Google Maps. You may object to this data collection by Google.

Further information can be found in Google’s Privacy Policy and the Google Maps Terms of Use.

18. PayPal

Personal data collected by us will be shared with the delivery company as necessary to deliver the goods. Only essential delivery information is shared.

For payments made via PayPal, credit card via PayPal, direct debit via PayPal, or (if offered) "purchase on account" via PayPal, your payment data is shared with PayPal (Europe) S.à r.l. et Cie, S.C.A., 22-24 Boulevard Royal, L-2449 Luxembourg. PayPal may conduct a credit check for certain payment methods. Credit check results help determine whether a payment method is available. These checks may include statistical probability values (so-called score values), calculated using a recognized scientific method, including address data. You may object to this data processing by contacting PayPal. However, PayPal may still process your data if required for contractual payment handling.

Further privacy information, including details on credit agencies used, can be found in PayPal's privacy policy: https://www.paypal.com/de/webapps/mpp/ua/privacy-full

19. Social Media

We maintain social media profiles to communicate with customers and publish news.

User data may be processed outside the EU, potentially making it difficult to enforce user rights. US providers certified under the Privacy Shield agree to uphold EU privacy standards.

User data is typically used for market research and advertising. Usage profiles may be created to deliver interest-based ads within and beyond platforms. Cookies are often used to store user behavior and preferences. Data may also be collected across devices if users are logged in.

Data processing is based on our legitimate interest in effective communication (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). If users consent (e.g. via checkbox or button), processing is based on Art. 6(1)(a), Art. 7 GDPR.

For detailed information and opt-out options, refer to each provider’s linked privacy notices.

For inquiries or to assert your rights, contact the providers directly. Only they can access user data. If needed, you may contact us for support.

20. Data Processing in Applications

We collect and process applicant data to manage recruitment. This may include electronic processing, such as email or online forms. If an employment contract is concluded, data is stored to manage the employment. If not, application data is deleted or returned within two to six months after rejection unless legal interests prevent deletion (e.g. AGG-related claims).

21. Dispute Resolution

We are not obliged or willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.

The European Commission provides an online dispute resolution (ODR) platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr

We are neither willing nor obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.

22. Recaptcha

We use Google's Recaptcha service to protect form submissions. This tool distinguishes between human input and automated access. Data such as your IP address may be sent to Google. Google shortens the IP address within EU or EEA countries. Only in rare cases is the full IP sent to a US server. Google processes the data on our behalf but does not combine it with other Google data. Google's separate privacy policy applies to this data. Details: https://policies.google.com/privacy?hl=en
