Shipping Conditions

Delivery is only available within Germany.

Free In-Store Pickup

You can conveniently pick up your orders free of charge at our store.

Shipping Costs:

- 0kg to 10kg: €5.90

- >10kg to 20kg: €14.90

- >20kg to 30kg: €19.90

- >30kg to 50kg: €29.90

- >50kg to 1000kg: €69.69

For deliveries that require freight shipping outside standard parcel services, the customer must provide appropriate unloading equipment, such as a forklift.

The return shipping cost in the event of a withdrawal is borne by the buyer. For more details, please refer to our withdrawal policy.

Delivery to a parcel locker (Packstation) is unfortunately not possible, as the devices often exceed standard size limits.

Delivery Times

Unless otherwise stated in the respective offer, delivery within Germany will take place within 2–3 days after conclusion of the contract. Please note that there are no deliveries on Sundays and public holidays. If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship them together in one package unless otherwise agreed with you. In this case, the delivery time will be based on the item with the longest delivery time in your order.
