1. Right of Withdrawal for Consumers

1.1. If you are a consumer, you are entitled to a statutory right of withdrawal. Below is the legally required information about the conditions and consequences of the right of withdrawal for consumers:

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without stating any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the last goods.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall refund all payments received from you without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day we received notification of your withdrawal. We will use the same means of payment you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise; in no event will you be charged any fees for this refund. We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods.

You must send back or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you dispatch the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.

You shall bear the direct cost of returning the goods. For goods which, due to their nature, cannot be returned normally by post (freight goods), the cost of return is estimated at a maximum of approximately €99.90 per item.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling that is not necessary to examine the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

General Notes:

1) Please avoid damage and contamination of the goods. Please return the goods in the original packaging with all accessories and all packaging components. If necessary, use protective outer packaging. If you no longer have the original packaging, please provide suitable packaging to ensure adequate protection against transport damage.

2) Please do not return goods to us freight collect.

3) Please note that the above points 1–2 are not a prerequisite for the effective exercise of the right of withdrawal.

1.2. Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal

The statutory provisions on the exclusion of the right of withdrawal (§ 312g (2) BGB) apply.

We reserve the right to invoke the exclusion of the right of withdrawal in particular in the following cases:

a) In the case of deliveries of goods that are not prefabricated and for which an individual selection or decision by the consumer is decisive or which are clearly tailored to your personal needs.
