The SABO 54-E R VARIO is a powerful battery-powered cylinder mower for anyone who wants to work emission-free without compromising on cut quality. As a cylinder mower, it creates the characteristic stripe pattern in the lawn – a typical quality feature of well-maintained ornamental lawns. The metal roller (500 mm) guides the mower stably, compensates for unevenness, and lightly compacts the turf. The result is a smooth, even, and precise cut with a professional appearance.

The mower uses the modern EGO 56V battery drive and is designed for high performance, flexibility, and robustness. Two lithium-ion batteries provide consistently high energy for a long runtime. In ECO mode, runtime is maximized, while in POWER mode, full power is available.

For excellent cutting and collection results, the 54-E R VARIO is equipped with the TurboStar™ system: It lifts the grass before cutting, thus supporting a clean, even cut. The VARIO drive allows for flexible speed control – ideal for adapting to different mowing conditions and terrains.

The 500 mm metal roller can be adjusted in height in 11 steps, covering a range of 15–90 mm. The two-part roller design increases maneuverability in turns.
