Super fast delivery of an EGO Power product. Great and lovely extras included in the shipment (battery wall mount, etc.) and a personal handwritten note on the delivery slip! You rarely see this kind of thing nowadays! Keep it up!

A friendly hello from Schleswig-Holstein! We'd like to thank you for the fast and reliable delivery. What we especially loved was the surprise bag with truly great things inside that came with the order. You don't usually see that kind of thoughtfulness anymore! We'll happily keep ordering from you!

I was looking for spare parts for my snow blower. The contact form made it quick and easy to submit my enquiry. Within a few hours I received a very friendly email with a matching technical drawing where I could mark the parts I needed. I've also ordered from the online shop before – delivered in no time. Highly recommended!

We ordered a replacement blade for our EGO lawn mower – great price and super-fast shipping. We were especially delighted by the small extras in the package: a wall mount for the battery and gummy bears – both free! The handwritten note on the delivery slip was a wonderful personal touch. You rarely experience such friendliness and personality these days. Highly recommended!

I received my replacement blade for my EGO mower right on time today. Everything worked perfectly, but what really impressed me was the package content – a handwritten thank-you note, the new catalog, a free wall mount for the battery, and even gummy bears. Where else do you get such personal service today? Many thanks! I'll definitely order from you again.

It's been a long time since I've had such a great shopping experience! Excellent phone advice and extremely fast shipping despite freight delivery. The 52" EGO mower with spare battery and roller is a completely different league. No more oil changes or gas – just smart engineering. It was actually fun to mow for the first time. I even managed 1000 m² with the 7.5 Ah battery. Highly recommended!

I ordered from Wessels Gartengeräte for the first time. The webshop is very clear, everything arrived well-packaged and on time. I especially appreciated the friendly handwritten note and small extras. I'll gladly order again when I need something for my EGO system. Thank you!

I bought an EGO brush cutter ST1530 – delivery was incredibly fast. The shoulder strap was missing, but after one email on Friday, it was already sent out on Monday. Friendly and competent customer service with replies within an hour during the day. Highly recommended!
